2009 Business & Industry Awards Luncheon

In 2008, the Richardson ED Partnership, the Chamber's Signature Luncheon Committee, and the three Richardson Rotary Clubs joined together to create a new Business & Industry Awards Luncheon which recognized Richardson businesses and organizations for their many contributions to the local economy and the community.

The six new awards were given to the following recipients:

1.   Commercial Real Estate Project Award
              Galatyn Park Corporation               
2.   Community Involvement Award
             Texas Instruments
 3.   International Business Award
                     Fujitsu                                                
4.   Newcomer Business Award
                 MetroPCS                                 
5.   Public/Non-Profit/Educational Award
               Richardson ISD                                       
6.   Richardson Loyalty Award
       Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Texas

In November 2009, we will again recognize those Richardson businesses and organizations that continue to make a difference in our community.
