Richardson Young Professionals Mentoring Program
Purpose
To provide a forum for young professionals in the Richardson community to connect with colleagues for personal and professional development.
Networking is inherent and needed in order for any mentoring program to be mutually beneficial and successful, however, the focus of the mentoring program is self-development. The mentoring program is not a networking forum, but it does encourage networking and gives room for such. The mentoring program is not intended to be used for job recruiting or job hunting.
