About the Program

Attend the March Small Business Roundtable to learn the 6 essentials for establishing an Advisory Board for your business. No business is too small to benefit from having an Advisory Board. When set up properly, an Advisory Board is such a powerful management and performance tool, that no small business should be without one!
Running a business is more than a full-time job. Business owners are often so busy with the day-to-day operations that they do not have the time to think about the future growth and development of their business. They meet with their attorney and accountant on an as needed basis but don’t take the time to consider the bigger picture. Owners struggle with how to strengthen the roles of marketing, sales, accounting, operations, and other support, but are not ready to staff full-time people for these needs.
Business owners are finding that having a reliable group of advisers who can offer objective analysis and a few timely introductions can make all the difference.
