RICHARDSON (April 21, 2005) – The 12 Richardson residents running in five contested city council races participated in a candidates forum held today at the Eisemann Center. The event was hosted by the Richardson Chamber of Commerce's Public Affairs and Richardson Business Breakfast steering committees.
