The North Texas area is alive and well with talented, powerful and entrepreneurial women who manage or own companies that range from small businesses to major corporations. The Women In Leadership program has been established to encourage, inspire and develop women as they grow into leaders in business and our community.
Inspiring, influencing and championing powerful women through advocacy, mentoring and networking is the WIL mission. This mission is carried out through quarterly luncheons that bring powerful programs aimed at building leaders and a series of networking events designed to broaden business contacts.
Quarterly Luncheon Series
Reservations with payment are required.
Registration price of $30 for members and $35 for non-members. $5 per person handling fee for reservations made by phone or email. Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable after the deadline, which is Friday prior week to the Wednesday event. Unclaimed reservations during the event will be relinquished at noon. Walk-in customers will be seated based on space availability.

Nothing But Networking Events
One of the three elements of the Women In Leadership program's mission is networking. It is just part of the process WIL uses to inspire,
influence and champion powerful women.
WIL facilitates this part of their mission through four networking events a year that focus on women owned or operated businesses in Richardson.
As its name implies the Nothing But Networking event is held in a casual atmosphere where light refreshments are served and business cards are exchanged. A brief program is usually presented by the host to educate guests on the latest trends in the business. It all adds up to a wonderful networking experience for all!

- December 8 - Shop N' Hop
