About the Speaker
Norm Hitzges, the host of the Mid-Day Show on Sports Radio 1310 The Ticket, hosted the first full-time sports talk-show in morning drive time in the country. He has been on-air continuously for over 30 years in the DFW Market and has provided major league baseball commentary for ESPN. Hitzges is known for his enthusiasm and knowledge of sports trivia and has been compared to longtime basketball commentator Dick Vitale for his energy and love of sports. Hitzges has been honored by the Radio Hall of Fame, the Dallas Hall of Sports Association and the Texas Baseball Hall of Fame. Norm also hosts "Norm-A-Thon", a yearly 18 hour marathon broadcast to raise money for an area homeless shelter.

RCC Registration/Cancellation Policy:

Reservations with payment are required. Because of facility requirements, we must charge for reservations not cancelled three days prior to the event. Cancellations after that date can be substitued, please provide name prior to event. On-site registration (walk-in's) will be charged an additional $10. Unclaimed reservations during the event will be relinquished at noon. On-site registrants (walk-in customers) will be seated based on space availability.
