Bill Sproull is president and CEO of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce (RCC), Tech Titans (formerly the Metroplex Technology Business Council) and the Richardson Economic Development Partnership (REDP). Executive Vice President, Economic Development
John Jacobs has been with the Richardson Chamber of Commerce for nearly 20 years and is the executive vice president of economic development. He helps companies to relocate, expand, and establish businesses in Richardson. Before bringing his expertise to Richardson he was vice president of economic development in Garland and was a successful real estate broker.
Senior Vice President, Programs/Events
Paul Bendel has been managing and producing the Signature Luncheon, Women in Leadership Luncheon, Annual Meeting and other events at the Chamber for the last eight years as the senior vice president for programs/events. He has been a Chamber of Commerce professional for thirty years and had prior careers as a news reporter and play-by-play announcer for several East Texas radio stations. Paul completed the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management, the Basic Industrial Development Course at Texas A&M, and has earned the Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) administered by the American Chamber of Commerce Executives Association.
Executive Director of Leadership Richardson
Kim Quirk is the Executive Director of Leadership Richardson and also works with the Chamber's K-12 education initiatives. Quirk has been an active in the North Texas community for more than 25 years. Vice President, Member Services
Drew Snow engages with the Chamber membership as vice president of member services. He ensures that Chamber members have access to Chamber offerings that make the greatest impact to their business. Previous to his work at the Chamber, Drew worked with the US Chamber of Commerce as their executive director of corporate relations. Other gigs include software sales and 20 years with the Dallas Morning News and the Dallas Times Herald. His degree is from Southern Methodist University.
Vice President, Mayor's Office of International Business
Mike Skelton came to the Chamber in 2011 after more than 27 years in high-level executive management in high-tech businesses, mostly in the Silicon Valley. At the Chamber he is vice president of international business development and has a bachelor’s degree of business administration from Western Michigan University. Mike helps Chamber members to develop opportunities internationally.
Director, Marketing and Communications
Amy Alexander is the director of marketing and communications and came to the Chamber in 2011. She manages branding, websites, newsletters, social media, PR and publications. She spent 10 years at Texas Instruments and has her MBA and journalism degrees from Texas A&M Commerce.
Chief Governance Officer
Molly Ulmer has been with the Chamber for 12 years and is executive assistant to CEO Bill Sproull as well as director of operations. She manages the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Public Policy Committees and special projects. She has a BS degree from Texas Tech University. Molly spent five years as Special Event Director at the National Kidney Foundation of Texas and two years at the Southwest Center for Abuse Recovery and has more than 28 years experience in non-profit organizations as a volunteer, board member and staff member.
Director of Marketing, Economic Development
Jenny Mizutowicz started at the Chamber in June 2011. She markets the city of Richardson to site selectors, real estate professionals and potential employers via social media and traditional marketing efforts. She has a BBA in marketing from UT Austin and an MA in emerging media and communication from UT Dallas. Before coming to the Chamber, Jenny was the communications assistant at the UT Dallas Callier Center for Communications Disorders where she implemented the Center's first social media marketing strategy.
Manager of Accounting and Human Resources
Lucynda Beane is the Accounting and HR manager for The Richardson Chamber of Commerce. Before bringing her talents to the Chamber she served as a Policy Services and Account Analyst for The Torchmark Corporation headquartered in McKinney. She proudly grew up and continues to resides in the North Texas area. She currently serves on the Chamber’s Budget and Finance Committee.
Member Services Manager
Sylvia Palmer joined the Chamber in 2013 as its member services manager. Before coming to the Chamber, Sylvia focused on providing high quality customer relations to clients at Bank of America for more than eight years.
Member Services Sales Representative
Allen Wise is a former mortgage associate with Washington Federal. He is a graduate of Austin College, where he had a double major in business and history. He also was an all-conference offensive lineman and national player of the week multiple times. Recently, he went back to school to earn his masters degree in taxation. His hobbies include fishing, boxing, traveling and fighting with his kitten, Chubs.
Taylor Lopez is the events manager at the Chamber. She works with the programs department in the planning, coordinating, marketing, production and on-site direction required for monthly and special events of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, as well as managing the Women in Leadership program. Before coming to the Chamber, Taylor received her degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Arkansas.
Julie Grauel is the first welcoming face you will see when visiting the Richardson Chamber. Julie comes to us from Presbyterian Village North, a community for retirement, assisted living and short-stay rehabilitation services. She wore many hats during her tenure there. Julie also worked at Bombardier Aerospace – Flexjet in Richardson for nine years.
Ginger Tonne manages the Chamber's Dine Smart Dine Local program, and is Richardson restaurants' access to success within the Chamber.
Bonnie Perry has been at the Richardson Chamber longer than anyone can remember. She manages special projects, especially for the healthcare and wellness division, and knows more people and Richardson businesses than anyone. Back in the day, Bonnie was a driving force in the creation of the Chamber's Women in Leadership group.
Kedzie Arrington joined the Chamber in 2013 as the administrative and legislative intern. Along with managing the advocacy website and assisting the board, Kedzie uses her problem solving and organization skills with the member database, website and marketing initiatives. Prior to joining the Chamber, Kedzie worked at a law firm and received her bachelor’s degree from St. John’s College in Santa Fe. She currently attends UT Dallas as a post baccalaureate healthcare major and is well on her way to medical school.
